Countdown to CCC ’16 registration

We’ve posted several times about the Celtic Connections Conference ’16, to be held August 5-6 in Minneapolis, MN. The planning committee is putting final touches on an awesome program, and we anticipate registration will open in early February.

Our save-the-date posting recommended you pencil it in on your 2016 calendar: blog.irishgenealogical.org/?p=3624

Two recent postings announced the five headliners coming from Ireland/Scotland to be presenters at CCC ’16: blog.irishgenealogical.org/?p=4943 and blog.irishgenealogical.org/?p=5014.

Themed “Celtic Roots Across America,” the 2016 conference provides an extraordinary opportunity for you to see and hear FIVE BIG NAMES in Irish/Scottish/Scots-Irish genealogy: Brian Donovan, Dr. Bruce Durie, John Grenham, Brian Mitchell, and William Roulston – plus a dozen other family history experts from the U.S. (yet to be announced).

The Friday-Saturday conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis-Park Place, located in the exciting West End area.

The CCC ’16 website is being updated as details are confirmed, and you’ll want to keep an eye on it: celtic-connections.org/. The 2016 program and a link for registration should be there shortly after February 1.
