NEHGS visits Minnesota!

Speakers from the New England Historic Genealogical Society (NEHGS) are coming to Minnesota on November 18 to present five lectures on “Breaking Down Genealogical Brick Walls: Strategies for Success.”

Research your ancestry long enough and you’re bound to hit a brick wall — the paper trail vanishes, the family seemingly disappears, and you’re unable to go back to earlier generations. Whether you are struggling to find an immigrant’s exact origins, uncover a maiden name, determine parentage, or discover where a family moved to, cluster research can help.

Director of Researcher Service Lindsay Fulton and Senior Researcher Andrew Krea will talk about how broadening the scope of your research can help you break through your brick walls.

WHEN? Saturday, November 18, 2017

WHERE? Bunker Hills Activity Center, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN

COST? $125 includes five lectures, lunch, and reception
